Queued to buy tickets to enter to be told that only local currency was accepted - no credit cards, and no Euros! *Everyone else* in Marrakech, from the souks, to the palaces, to the night market, even street beggars, accepts Euros. As we tried to visit on the last day of her our holiday and and had no Dirham left, we weren't able to visit. Please treat the above star rating as based solely on waiting 10 minutes to find out the Museum & coffee shop's idiosyncratic policy on payment!
A magnificent place. A very pretty garden. There aren't many people, it's nice.
LOVE. Must visit
Don’t miss this museum if you love Moroccan art and architecture. $6 entrance fee is worth every penny.
Thanks to those who restored this house and made it open to tourists so we can experience Moroccan art in one place.
Most beautiful palace in Marrakesh that we saw. Great European style coffee shop next to the main courtyard, but with long wait - put your name on the list before touring the museum.
Beautiful museum and well maintained. The garden is small but very well looked after. Colors are a constant.
Amazingly pretty. Such an architectural wonder.
Please note that there is a charge of 60 dirhams per adult and they DONT take credit cards, cash only. …
It's not worth the visit
